CONTEXT:
For two years in a row, SKANSKA organized “The Movie Nights” Festival at the Equilibrium Buildings in Bucharest.
WHAT WE DID:
Pandorra, in collaboration with Skanska, orchestrated an exceptional cultural initiative by hosting the Skanska Movie Nights in 2021 and 2022 at the iconic Equilibrium buildings. This corporate endeavor sought to provide employees with a unique and enriching post-work experience, cultivating a sense of community and leisure within the professional environment. The carefully curated movie festivals featured an array of cinematic masterpieces, including classics such as Casablanca, contemporary gems like Slumdog Millionaire, the groundbreaking Black Panther, and the timeless As Good as It Gets.
The Equilibrium buildings, renowned for their architectural excellence, transformed into dynamic venues for these movie nights, providing a sophisticated backdrop for employees to unwind and enjoy cinematic wonders. The selection of films reflected a thoughtful blend of genres and eras, catering to diverse tastes and fostering a shared appreciation for the art of storytelling. By organizing these movie festivals, Pandorra and Skanska demonstrated a commitment to employee well-being and community engagement, aligning with a corporate ethos that recognizes the importance of work-life balance and the cultivation of a vibrant corporate culture.
Skanska Movie Nights served as a corporate beacon, signaling a dedication to fostering a holistic work environment. Beyond the traditional confines of the professional sphere, these events showcased a commitment to nurturing a sense of camaraderie among employees.
